The management of this facility is wonderful. They’ve bent over backwards to accommodate all of our lease complications and roommate swaps. They’ve got full time maintenance people, so maintenance requests were always dealt with quickly. They’ve never tried to nickel and dime me like a lot of my friends have been at other apartment complexes in the Burg.
The buildings themselves are a little old, but they’re gradually making improvements to them. Since I’ve lived there they have refurbished the laundry rooms and added ceramic tile to the stairwells. It’s certainly a good value for the price and in a very convenient location, plus the management can’t be beat!

I have been living at the Mill for about 7 months, and I’m quite happy here. The apartments are not luxurious, but comfortable enough. There’s AC, heat, hot water, and you can get xfinity. Easy commute to VT and to the highway. It’s quiet here, there’s a lovely park to walk to nearby, and lots of nearby stores. I have not had any experiences with pests whatsoever. The staff are friendly and respond to my problems very quickly. I’d also like to mention that Diane in particular is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She went above and beyond in helping me when I had an illness recently. There’s good people here.
